Spins and Travelling course at bar Salsa!
This course explores the techniques, moves and combinations based on various techniques of spins (rapid rotation) and Travelling (movement across the floor).
The course of a raft of move combinations where technique and golden rules are explained clearly, and the moves grouped together for easy remembering.
For leaders this course explores:
The mechanics of leading spins and travelling using several popular techniques.
Dissecting and storing (remembering) and reassembling combinations.
expand your repertoire.
For Followers:
Explore and practice natural spin techniques avoiding common mistakes
Experience a range of moves so that they no longer catch you out.
As the leaders develop subtle variations you'll loose the anticipation and take your freestyle to the next level.
If you are a beginner this is NOT the course as it's for Improvers and intermediates who have experience of freestyle salsa dancing.

The (i2i) improvers to intermediate course takes post-beginners beyond freestyle level. The program starts with the i2i Beginners Consolidation for lower improvers. Then Spins and Traveling, La Rueda, Musical Interpretation and Smooth Styling. Each course is four hours of tuition held on Sundays at bar Salsa! More info..
