Salsa Rueda Descarga video released

The monthly Havana Cafe Descarga held at the Salsa Cellar (Downstairs at the Kings Head) Crouch End
Descarga - Latin Jam session.
Our core musicians led by Sarah McGuinness are joined by many others so we sometimes end up with a big brass section and sometimes loads of strings or percussion. The band play Son Salsa and Mambo, just like those Cafes in old town Havana.
The night is a great way for dancers to get into the same rhythmic groove as the musicians.
